Transport Process

1. 01Step 1. Obtain the Pikobuy warehouse address through online support or the transfer order filling page. Provide the address to sender and let sender forward the goods to this address.
2. 02Step 2. Fill in the transfer format as required and submit it.
3. 03Step 3. Wait for the warehouse to receive your goods, we will take pictures for you to confirm. Then items will be stored into warehouse.
4. 04Step 4. Find the transfer goods in the Order Page. Submit a parcel and pay the shipping fee as usual.

Service Contents

• All goods transferred to the Pikobuy warehouse must be unpacked for inspection.
• When items received in Pikobuy warehouse, if some goods are missing, please contact the sender for verification. Pikobuy will not be responsible for compensation of such missing incidents that are not caused by Pikobuy.
• Special and professional products can not be provided with professional inspection services.
• To check the item, please check through the inspection photos provided by Pikobuy or purchase additional detailed Photos.
• Pikobuy won't provide any after-sales service for your transfer products. If you need after-sales service, please contact the sender or seller yourself. Pikobuy can only help you ship back to seller or sender.
