For the best service experience throughout the forwarding process, please read the following carefully.

Forwarding process

01Step 1: Get the Pikobuy warehouse address via online customer service or the forwarding order form page. Provide the address to the sender and have them forward the goods to this address.
02Step 2: Fill in the forwarding form as required and submit it.
03Step 3: Wait for the warehouse to receive your goods; we will take photos for confirmation. The items will then be stored in the warehouse.
04Step 4: Find the forwarded goods on the order page. Submit the parcel as usual and pay the shipping fee.

Service content

All goods forwarded to the Pikobuy warehouse must be unpacked and inspected.
If any goods are found missing when the Pikobuy warehouse receives the items, please contact the sender for verification. Pikobuy is not liable for compensation for missing items not caused by Pikobuy.
Professional inspection services cannot be provided for special and professional products.
To inspect items, please view the inspection photos provided by Pikobuy or purchase additional detailed photos.
Pikobuy does not provide any after-sales service for your forwarded products. For after-sales service, please contact the sender or seller yourself. Pikobuy can only help you ship the goods back to the seller or sender.

Note: If your parcel's shipping fee is cash on delivery, Pikobuy will deduct the fee from your account balance without your confirmation. To ensure smooth warehousing, please make sure your account balance is sufficient.

Logistics risks

All parcels sent by Pikobuy are carried by third-party logistics providers. Logistics risks are unavoidable and must be assessed and borne by you.

Pikobuy integrates multiple third-party international logistics providers to offer you parcel delivery services for purchased goods, but does not assume risks arising from customs policies or uncontrollable factors in cross-border logistics (such as confiscation, damage, loss, peak-season delivery delays, etc.). Pikobuy will assist you in assessing risks and reducing the probability of loss through timely risk alerts and continuously improving logistics insurance.
