These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Pikobuy's websites, apps, and related services (collectively, the "Platform" or "Services"). "You" refers to the individual or entity using the Services. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1) Scope of Services

• Product Search & Information Display: Provides detailed product search and display functionalities.
• Purchasing/Agency & Payment Facilitation: Assists with product purchasing and payment processing.
• Professional Inspection & Quality Checks: Offers product inspections and quality control services.
• International Shipping & Logistics Tracking: Facilitates international shipping and provides tracking services.
• After-Sales Support: Provides support after overseas delivery.

We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove service features as necessary to meet operational needs.

2) Your Rights & Responsibilities

• You are entitled to use the Services in compliance with these Terms and applicable laws.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration and shipping information.
• You must not use the Platform for any unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, or improper activities.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your account and password. Pikobuy is not liable for any losses resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.

3) Our Rights & Responsibilities

• We will use reasonable efforts to maintain stable and secure Services.
• We may suspend, update, or modify portions of the Services as needed for operational reasons.
• If we detect violations of law or these Terms, we may take actions including account limitations, service termination, and pursuing legal remedies.

4) Orders & Payments

• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Pikobuy and/or participating merchants may accept or decline the offer at their discretion.
• You must pay the order amount in a timely manner. If payment is unsuccessful, the order will not be processed.
• Cross-border transactions may incur duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other costs. You are solely responsible for these charges.

5) Limitation of Liability

• Pikobuy provides information and transaction facilitation services. We are not the manufacturer nor, unless explicitly stated, the seller of record. We do not assume direct liability for the quality or fitness of products, though we will make reasonable efforts to provide professional inspection and after-sales support.
• Pikobuy is not liable for delays, failures, or losses caused by force majeure or events beyond our reasonable control (such as natural disasters, changes in laws or regulations, international logistics disruptions, etc.).

6) Privacy & Data Protection

We protect your privacy and personal data in accordance with applicable laws and our Privacy Policy. You consent to our collection, use, and storage of your information to the extent necessary to complete transactions and provide the Services. We do not disclose personal data to third parties without authorization, except as permitted by law or our Privacy Policy.

7) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through amicable negotiations. If such negotiations fail, the dispute shall be resolved as follows:

• United States Users: If you register or use our Services from the United States, these Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delaware.
• United Kingdom Users: If you register or use our Services from the United Kingdom, these Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
• Users from Other Regions: For users from other regions, these Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

8) Prohibited Items

Users may not request, list, purchase, ship, or receive products that violate our Prohibited Items Policy (see "Prohibited Items" page), including any product that does not possess legitimate intellectual property rights or authorization, or otherwise infringes IP. Pikobuy may cancel orders, refuse service, return or dispose of items, and take other actions for violations. All associated fees, fines, storage, and disposal costs are the customer's responsibility.

9) Anti-Counterfeit

Pikobuy maintains a zero-tolerance policy for counterfeit and IP-infringing goods (see "Anti-Counterfeit Policy"). We may conduct inspections, request documentation, remove listings, suspend or terminate accounts, cooperate with rights holders and authorities, and provide remedies (e.g., cancellation and refund) for confirmed violations, consistent with applicable laws.

10) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on the Platform and take effect upon publication. Your continued use of the Services after the updated Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
