These Terms of Service ("Terms") set out the conditions for your access to and use of the Pikobuy website, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Platform" or "Services"). "You" refers to the individual or entity using the Services. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1) Scope of services

• Product search and information display: providing detailed product search and display features.
• Purchasing agency and payment assistance: assisting with product procurement and payment processing.
• Professional inspection and quality checks: providing product inspection and quality control services.
• International shipping and logistics tracking: providing international shipping services with logistics tracking support.
• After-sales support: providing support services after overseas delivery.

We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove service features based on operational needs.

2) Your rights and responsibilities

• You have the right to use the Services in compliance with these Terms and applicable law.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration and shipping information.
• You must not use this Platform for any illegal, infringing, fraudulent, or improper activities.
• You are responsible for keeping your account and password secure. Pikobuy is not liable for any losses resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.

3) Our rights and responsibilities

• We will make reasonable efforts to maintain a stable and secure service.
• We may suspend, update, or modify parts of the Services based on operational needs.
• If we discover violations of the law or these Terms, we may take measures including account restrictions, service termination, and pursuit of legal liability.

4) Orders and payment

• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Pikobuy and/or participating merchants may accept or reject the offer at their discretion.
• You must pay the order amount promptly. If payment fails, the order will not be processed.
• Cross-border transactions may incur duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges. You are responsible for these costs.

5) Limitation of liability

• Pikobuy provides information and transaction facilitation services. We are not the manufacturer and, unless expressly stated otherwise, not the seller of record. We do not bear direct responsibility for the quality or suitability of products, but we will make reasonable efforts to provide professional inspection and after-sales support.
• Pikobuy is not liable for delays, failures, or losses caused by force majeure or events beyond our reasonable control (such as natural disasters, changes in laws and regulations, international logistics disruptions, etc.).

6) Privacy and data protection

We protect your privacy and personal data in accordance with applicable law and our Privacy Policy. You agree that we may collect, use, and store your information to the extent necessary to complete transactions and provide services. Except as permitted by law or provided in our Privacy Policy, we will not disclose personal data to third parties without authorization.

7) Governing law and dispute resolution

Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute will be resolved as follows:

• US users: If you register for or use our services from the United States, these Terms and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delaware.
• UK users: If you register for or use our services from the United Kingdom, these Terms and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them are governed by the laws of England and Wales and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
• Users in other regions: For users in other regions, these Terms and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them are governed by the laws of England and Wales and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

8) Prohibited items

Users must not request, list, purchase, ship, or receive products that violate our Prohibited Items Policy (see the "Prohibited Items" page), including products without lawful intellectual property rights or authorization, or products that otherwise infringe intellectual property rights. Pikobuy may cancel orders, refuse service, return or dispose of items, and take other measures against violations. All related fees, fines, storage, and disposal costs are borne by the customer.

9) Anti-counterfeiting

Pikobuy applies a zero-tolerance policy to counterfeit goods and products that infringe intellectual property rights (see the Anti-Counterfeit Policy). We may conduct inspections, request documentation, remove listings, suspend or terminate accounts, cooperate with rights holders and relevant authorities, and provide remedies for confirmed violations (such as order cancellation and refunds), all in accordance with applicable law.

10) Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on the platform and take effect upon posting. By continuing to use the service after the updated Terms take effect, you accept these changes.
